Best Architecture Award

Lionsgate was honored with two awards, Best Architecture and Best Masonry Quality, from Masonry Institute of Maryland also known as MIMI

Each year MIMI involves and connects with members and guests with hopes to enhance the quality of life in Maryland as well as improve the industry by holding activities such as the Annual Awards Banquet. This prestigious award banquet recognizes leaders in the industry, including Lionsgate Bethesda.

Established in 1972, Masonry Institute of Maryland has been improving and extending the use of masonry through new resources and technical information. The organization serves the construction industry, architectural and engineering professions. Union and non-union masonry contractors, suppliers, distributors and manufactures, as well as the professionals within the construction field compromise the membership of MIMI.

Lionsgate is located in the heart of Bethesda’s theatre district, and is walking distance from 200 restaurants, movies, shows, exhibits, clubs, trails, and much more.
